Key Roles & Responsibilities: HR Operations
Maintain and update
Learning & Development (L&D) calendars
, training schedules, and related documentation.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders for training planning, tracking attendance, and maintaining training records.
Manage and update multiple
HR trackers
, reports, and dashboards with accuracy and timeliness.
Documentation & Tools
Prepare, maintain, and manage HR documents using
MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
.
Create and support presentations using tools such as
PowerPoint and Canva,
ensuring professional and visually appealing content.
Ensure systematic record-keeping and data confidentiality.
Statutory Compliance & Labor Law
Support HR statutory compliance activities, including maintaining compliance-related documentation.
Possess working knowledge of
Indian labor laws
, HR statutory requirements, and employment regulations.
Assist in compliance audits and periodic reporting as required.
POSH & Policy Support
Demonstrate knowledge of
POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment)
guidelines and processes.
Assist in maintaining POSH-related documentation, awareness initiatives, and compliance records.
Employee Engagement
Actively support and execute
employee engagement initiatives
, events, and internal communication activities.
Assist in planning and coordinating engagement programs to enhance employee experience and organizational culture.
Communication & Coordination
Maintain effective communication with employees, managers, and external stakeholders.
Support HR queries and ensure timely and professional responses.

Educational Qualification
MBA in Human Resources (HR)

Experience
Internship / 0-2 years of experience
