Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented

HR Operations Intern / Executive

to support day-to-day HR operations with a strong focus on Learning & Development (L&D), compliance, employee engagement, and HR documentation. The ideal candidate should possess sound HR fundamentals, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and trackers efficiently.

Key Roles & Responsibilities: HR Operations

Maintain and update

Learning & Development (L&D) calendars

, training schedules, and related documentation. Coordinate with internal stakeholders for training planning, tracking attendance, and maintaining training records. Manage and update multiple

HR trackers

, reports, and dashboards with accuracy and timeliness.
Documentation & Tools

Prepare, maintain, and manage HR documents using

MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

. Create and support presentations using tools such as

PowerPoint and Canva,

ensuring professional and visually appealing content. Ensure systematic record-keeping and data confidentiality.
Statutory Compliance & Labor Law

Support HR statutory compliance activities, including maintaining compliance-related documentation. Possess working knowledge of

Indian labor laws

, HR statutory requirements, and employment regulations. Assist in compliance audits and periodic reporting as required.
POSH & Policy Support

Demonstrate knowledge of

POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment)

guidelines and processes. Assist in maintaining POSH-related documentation, awareness initiatives, and compliance records.
Employee Engagement

Actively support and execute

employee engagement initiatives

, events, and internal communication activities. Assist in planning and coordinating engagement programs to enhance employee experience and organizational culture.
Communication & Coordination

Maintain effective communication with employees, managers, and external stakeholders. Support HR queries and ensure timely and professional responses.
Skills & Competencies

Strong proficiency in

MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

. Ability to manage

multiple trackers and tasks simultaneously

with high attention to detail. Good understanding of HR operations, statutory compliance, labor laws, and POSH guidelines. Strong

communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills

. Creative mindset with an interest in employee engagement activities. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Educational Qualification

MBA in Human Resources (HR)

--mandatory.
Experience

Internship / 0-2 years of experience

in HR Operations, L&D, or related HR roles (preferred).

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
