We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to support our HR team in various functions related to human capital management, employee relations, and organizational development. Responsibilities
Assist with talent acquisition activities such as sourcing candidates
Support employee onboarding and orientation processes to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
Contribute to employee evaluation and performance management initiatives by collecting data and preparing reports.
Participate in benefits administration tasks including data entry and benefits enrollment processes.
Support project management efforts related to change management, succession planning, and organizational design.
Assist with employee relations initiatives and conflict management efforts by preparing documentation and supporting communication strategies.
Contribute to social media management for employer branding and recruitment campaigns.
Perform administrative duties such as data collection, record keeping, and maintaining HR documentation.
Experience
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Familiarity with human resources management
Prior experience with HR Management
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for data entry and record keeping tasks.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
Demonstrated interest in HR functions such as talent acquisition, training & development, performance management, and strategic planning is desirable.
