Position : Human Resources Intern (Only For Women)

Educational Qualification ? Minimum Education: Graduate (BBA / BA / B.Com) pursuing MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or an equivalent qualification
JOB BRIEF The HR Intern will support the Human Resources team in recruitment, employee engagement, documentation, and daily HR operations. This internship is designed to provide hands-on exposure to core HR functions in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Support onboarding and exit formalities for employees o Maintain and update HR records, employee databases, and documentation o Assist in drafting HR policies, offer letters, and internal HR communications o Support employee engagement activities, internal events, and HR initiatives o Help prepare reports related to recruitment, attendance, and performance tracking o Assist in attendance monitoring and basic HR coordination o Learn and support employee grievance handling under supervision o Perform other HR and administrative tasks as assigned by the HR team
REQUIRED SKILLS o Basic understanding of recruitment and HR operations o Good communication and interpersonal skills o Willingness to learn HR policies, labor laws, and compliance o Strong time management and organizational abilities o Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
BEHAVIORAL & TECHNICAL SKILLS o Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) o Comfortable with written and spoken English and Hindi o Proactive team player with a positive attitude o Self-motivated, disciplined, and eager to learn
