Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the
recruitment process

Support
onboarding and orientation
activities for new hires.
Maintain and update
employee records and HR databases

Help plan and coordinate
employee engagement activities and events

Assist in preparing
HR reports, offer letters, and documentation

Learn and contribute to
HR policies, payroll coordination, and performance tracking

Handle day-to-day administrative tasks and support the HR team as needed.
Required Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Basic understanding of HR concepts and practices.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree (or pursuing) in
Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
