Requirements:
Recently graduated in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of HR processes (recruitment, onboarding, payroll, compliance).
Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
Ready to take on new challenges and adapt to changing priorities.
Open to learning HR tech tools (e.g., Zoho People, Zoho Recruit, Asana).
