Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities (sourcing, screening & coordination)
Support job posting on portals and social media platforms
Shortlist resumes as per job requirements
Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
Maintain and update candidate databases & recruitment trackers
Assist in onboarding and employee documentation
Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks
Help in maintaining employee records and HR MIS
Assist in HR reporting and data management
Support HR team in employer branding initiatives
