Job Description

We are looking for an HR Intern (with 6 months of prior internship experience as HR Intern) who is enthusiastic about building a strong foundation in Human Resources while also contributing to research and content-writing tasks as needed. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The position is full-time, Work From Office, based at our Kalyani Nagar office, Pune location.

What We are Looking For:

1. Prior internship experience in Recruitment

English communication

professional email writing

skills.
3. Strong ability to

communicate with senior management

and understand hiring needs clearly.
4. Ability to

identify relevant questions

to ask candidates during telephonic and face-to-face interviews.
5. Strong knowledge of

Advanced Excel.

6. Ability to conduct efficient

Google research.

7. Comfortable with intensive use of

ChatGPT and AI tools.

8. Willingness to

adapt, learn, and grow quickly.

Salary Range:

?12,000 - ?18,000 per month (based on experience and knowledge).
