Conduct new employee orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, grievances, and conflict resolution.
Foster a positive workplace culture that promotes engagement and retention.
Organize team-building and employee engagement initiatives.
3. Performance Management
Support managers in setting clear performance goals and conducting appraisals.
Identify training and development needs to improve employee performance.
Manage performance improvement plans where necessary.
4. Compensation and Benefits
Administer payroll, benefits, and leave programs.
Conduct salary benchmarking and ensure competitive and equitable pay practices.
Advise management on compensation strategies to attract and retain talent.
5. Compliance and HR Policies
Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
Update HR policies and procedures as needed.
6. Learning and Development
Plan and deliver training programs for employees and managers.
Support career development initiatives to enhance employee growth and retention.
