We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to join our dynamic HR team. Duties
Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Support employee orientation and onboarding processes to ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the organization.
Participate in employee evaluation processes by assisting with performance management documentation and feedback collection.
Help manage employee relations by addressing inquiries and providing support on HR policies and procedures.
Contribute to benefits administration tasks, including data entry and communication with employees regarding benefits options.
Assist in the development and implementation of training & development programs aimed at enhancing employee skills and performance.
Support strategic planning initiatives by gathering data related to workforce management and organization design.
Engage in project management activities related to HR initiatives, ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks.
Collaborate with team members on affirmative action planning and succession planning efforts.
Requirements
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong understanding of human resources principles, including talent management, change management, and conflict management.
Familiarity with employment & labor law concepts is preferred but not required.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse groups of people.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Previous administrative experience or internships in HR is desirable but not mandatory.
Knowledge of social media management for recruitment purposes is an advantage.
