Job Description

- HR InternKey Responsibilities



Provide legal advice and support to management and various departments on business activities.

Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.

Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and statutory requirements.

Represent the company in legal proceedings, arbitration, or negotiations, if required.

Manage legal risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.

Liaise with external legal counsel and regulatory bodies as necessary.

Advise on labour laws, corporate governance, intellectual property rights, and commercial issues.

Oversee legal aspects of mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, and other business transactions.

Handle legal disputes, notices, claims, and litigation management.

Stay updated on changes in legislation and advise management on their impact.

Maintain proper documentation and legal records for company operations.

Support in drafting company policies, terms & conditions, and compliance frameworks.

Provide training to employees on compliance, contracts, and legal awareness.

Assist in dispute resolution and conflict management within the organization.

Uphold confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive legal matters.

Qualifications & Skills



Strong knowledge of corporate, commercial, labour, and contract law.

Experience in handling litigation, arbitration, and regulatory compliance.

Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.

High ethical standards, integrity, and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and provide sound judgment under pressure.

Job Summary



The HR Intern will assist the Human Resources department in day-to-day HR operations, recruitment activities, employee engagement, and HR documentation. This internship provides practical exposure to core HR functions and corporate work culture.

Key Responsibilities



Assist in

recruitment & selection

(screening resumes, scheduling interviews) Support

onboarding and induction

of new employees Maintain

employee records and HR databases

Assist in preparing

HR reports and MIS

Coordinate

employee engagement activities

Help with

attendance, leave records, and payroll support

Draft HR documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, and notices Support compliance with

company HR policies

Handle basic

employee queries


Required Skills & Qualifications



Pursuing or completed

MBA / MSW / PGDM / BBA / B.Com (HR specialization preferred)

Good

communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in

MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Ability to maintain

confidentiality

Willingness to learn and work in a team
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Internship

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
