We are looking for a proactive and responsible HR Intern to support our HR operations and assist in patient interaction activities. The intern will play a key role in HR coordination, patient feedback collection, and measuring patient referral willingness to help improve service quality and clinic visibility.
Key Responsibilities
HR & Administrative Support
Assist in day-to-day HR operations and documentation
Support recruitment activities such as calling candidates, interview coordination, and follow-ups
Maintain employee records and attendance data
Assist in onboarding and orientation of new staff
Patient Feedback & Referral Activities
Collect feedback from patients regarding their experience at the clinic
Interact politely with patients to understand their satisfaction level
Ask patients whether they would refer our clinic to others
Record patient responses and calculate referral willingness ratio
Maintain feedback and referral data in structured formats (Excel/Google Sheets)
Share periodic reports with the management team
Coordination & Communication
Coordinate with clinic staff for smooth daily operations
Support HR in resolving basic staff-related queries
Assist in conducting surveys and feedback drives
Skills & Requirements
Any degree (HR, Management, Social Work, or related field preferred)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
Willingness to interact with patients
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Willing to travel to clinics if required
Learning Opportunities
Hands-on exposure to healthcare HR operations
Experience in patient engagement and service quality analysis
Understanding of referral ratio (patient recommendation metrics)
Certificate upon successful completion of internship
