Who you are
Metropolis is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to join our People team for a
1 Year internship.
This internship will provide hands-on experience across various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations.
What you'll do
Assist with sourcing and screening candidates for various roles
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring teams
Support onboarding and off-boarding processes
Help organize employee engagement activities and events
Assist with HR documentation, reports, and compliance tracking
Provide general administrative support
Assist in managing administrative and operational tasks to maintain an efficient work environment
What we're looking for
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Attention to detail and a commitment to confidentiality
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic knowledge of HR principles and practices
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
