Assist with end-to-end recruitment processes (job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews).
Help maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Support onboarding and orientation of new hires.
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
Help administer HR policies and procedures.
Participate in the performance management process.
Support in drafting internal communications, policies, and HR documentation.
Conduct market research on HR trends and best practices.
Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
Requirements:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally.
