Responsibilities and Duties



Would be responsible for IT and Non-IT hiring Screening the candidates by resume shortlisting, phone interview, and personal interviews with coordination with the concerned departments Background verification of the shortlisted candidates Drafting s. Sourcing candidates via recruitment agencies and job online advertisement Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages, and social networks Review and distribute company policies in digital formats or hard copies. Issuing Letter of Offer/Intent/Employment to the selected candidate.

Additional skills:



Should have strong communication skills and be excellent in drafting emails and attending calls. Possess a degree in Human Resources. Good writing, analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to communicate effectively & professionally Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ?10,000.00 per month
