Drafting s.
Sourcing candidates via recruitment agencies and job online advertisement
Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages, and social networks
Review and distribute company policies in digital formats or hard copies.
Issuing Letter of Offer/Intent/Employment to the selected candidate.
Additional skills:
Should have strong communication skills and be excellent in drafting emails and attending calls.
Possess a degree in Human Resources.
Good writing, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate effectively & professionally
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
