Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic

HR Intern

to support our People & Talent initiatives. You will work closely with the HR & Founders team to manage recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, and employee engagement. This is a great opportunity to learn end-to-end HR in a startup-style environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in

sourcing, screening & scheduling interviews

for multiple roles Manage

candidate databases & trackers

Support

onboarding & documentation

for new hires Assist in

HR operations, coordination, and policy execution

Support

employee engagement & culture-building initiatives

Maintain

attendance & HR records

Coordinate with teams for HR-related queries Support employer branding & hiring drives when required
What We're Looking For

Graduate / pursuing MBA / HR specialization preferred Strong communication & people skills Good organizational & coordination abilities High ownership and willingness to learn Prior internship experience (HR/Recruitment) is a plus Proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel preferred
