We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
HR Intern
to support our HR team for a period of one month. This is a
paid internship
designed to provide hands-on exposure to core HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in
end-to-end recruitment
(screening resumes, scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates)
Support
onboarding and documentation
of new hires
Maintain and update
employee records and HR trackers
Assist in
HR communications
and internal coordination
Support employee engagement activities and HR initiatives
Help with
attendance, leave tracking, and basic HR operations
Perform other HR-related administrative tasks as assigned
Eligibility Criteria
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in
HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good organizational and time-management abilities
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication
Willingness to learn and take ownership of tasks
