We are looking for a motivated HR Intern to join our team. As an HR Intern, you will gain valuable hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources management. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in recruitment, employee relations and development, and HR administration.
Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
2. Participate in conducting orientation sessions for new hires and assist in onboarding activities.
3. Provide support in employee relations matters, including resolving conflicts and addressing employee concerns.
4. Assist in organizing and coordinating training programs and other employee development initiatives.
5. Support HR team in maintaining employee records and updating HR databases.
6. Assist with HR administrative tasks, such as preparing HR documents and reports.
7. Contribute to HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
Requirements:
1. Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Strong interest in pursuing a career in human resources.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
5. Proficiency in MS Office applications.
6. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
7. Self-motivated and able to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
