About the Role:

As an

HR Intern at Paywize

, you'll gain hands-on experience in core HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations. You'll work closely with the HR team to ensure smooth people processes and contribute to building a positive work culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding. Support HR documentation, database management, and maintaining employee records. Coordinate and execute employee engagement initiatives. Help organize training sessions, performance reviews, and internal communication campaigns. Assist in drafting HR policies, job descriptions, and internal communications. Conduct research on HR trends and best practices to improve processes.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

Graduates in human resources, business administration, psychology, or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and good organizational abilities. Proficiency with MS Office or Google Workspace tools. Interest in recruitment and people management.
