We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
HR Intern
to support our Human Resources department in day-to-day HR operations. The intern will gain hands-on exposure to recruitment, employee engagement, HR documentation, and compliance activities within a fast-growing organization.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Onboarding
Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals
Screen resumes and coordinate interviews
Support onboarding activities (joining formalities, document collection)
HR Operations
Maintain employee records and HR databases
Assist in attendance tracking and leave management
Help with HR documentation (offer letters, internship letters, certificates)
Employee Engagement
Support employee engagement activities and events
Assist in communication between HR and employees
Collect employee feedback when required
Compliance & Reporting
Assist in maintaining statutory and HR compliance records
Prepare basic HR reports (headcount, hiring status, attrition data)
General HR Support
Coordinate with different departments for HR-related tasks
Provide administrative support to the HR team
Handle any other HR-related work as assigned
Eligibility Criteria
Any
Graduate

Basic understanding of HR functions
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets
Willingness to learn and take initiative
Must have own Assests( Laptop).
