Key Responsibilities:
Manage Hiring Cycles End-to-End:
Take full ownership of the hiring process -- from sourcing candidates to shortlisting and final onboarding. Ensure timelines are met and processes are smooth and consistent.
Post s Across Platforms:
Draft and publish clear, attractive job postings on platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and relevant job/internship boards. Keep listings updated and aligned with current openings.
Coordinate Assessments, GDs, and Interviews:
Organize and schedule all evaluation stages -- including assessment rounds, group discussions (especially for campus drives), and personal interviews. Ensure timely communication and structured feedback collection.
Maintain Candidate Pipeline Using Google Sheets:
Track applications, interview status, follow-ups, and conversion rates using organized data tools. Ensure zero drop-off due to mismanagement or lack of follow-through.
Support Onboarding and Team Communication:
Structure the onboarding journey for selected candidates -- from documentation to introduction with relevant teams. Help streamline intern orientation and ensure smooth integration into daily operations.
Track working hours, maintain daily/weekly attendance sheets, and help monitor performance benchmarks during the probation period.
Follow Up With Interns & Team Members:
Actively engage with current interns and employees to ensure timelines are followed, tasks are clear, and any necessary feedback is collected or communicated.
Who You Are:
Pursuing or completed a degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or similar field
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Highly organized and proactive
Comfortable with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Forms)
Eager to take ownership and work independently
Interest in startups or solar sector is a plus
