Role Overview
We are hiring HR Interns to support day-to-day HR operations across recruitment, onboarding, documentation, and employee coordination. This is a hands-on role. If you are expecting a light internship with minimal responsibility, this is not it.
Key Responsibilities
Support end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interview coordination
Maintain and update employee records and HR trackers
Assist in onboarding and exit formalities
Coordinate with internal teams for HR-related requirements
Support HR documentation, policies, and compliance activities
Assist in organizing internal engagement activities
Handle basic HR communications and follow-ups
Requirements
Who Should Apply
Final-year students or recent graduates in HR, Psychology, Management, or related fields
Strong communication skills verbal and written
High attention to detail and process discipline
Comfortable working with Excel, Google Sheets, and basic documentation
Willing to learn, take ownership, and work in a fast-paced setup
