The HR Intern will assist the HR team with the following duties:
Recruitment & Onboarding Support:
Assist in posting job openings on various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, etc.).
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings for entry-level positions.
Schedule interviews and manage candidate communication.
Prepare new hire paperwork and assist with the onboarding process.
HR Administration & Documentation:
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases (e.g., HRIS).
Assist in organizing and filing confidential HR documents.
Prepare and process routine HR correspondence and reports.
Employee Engagement & Relations:
Assist in planning and organizing company events, employee recognition programs, and internal communication initiatives.
Support the coordination of training and development sessions.
Project Assistance:
Support the HR team on special projects related to policy updates, performance management, or compliance initiatives.
Conduct research on HR best practices and industry trends.
