About the work from home job/internship
As an HR intern, you will work closely with the human resources team to support various functions, gain hands-on experience, and develop skills in HR practices.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Recruitment Support:
- Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions on various platforms.
- Screen resumes and applications to shortlist candidates.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate communication with candidates.
- Conduct reference checks when required.
2. Employee Onboarding:
- Help prepare onboarding materials and orientation schedules for new hires.
- Ensure completion of new hire paperwork and assist with system updates.
- Coordinate training sessions and introductions for new employees.
3. HR Administration:
- Maintain employee records and ensure they are up-to-date and accurate.
- Assist with data entry and management of HR systems.
- Generate reports and compile HR metrics as needed.
4. Employee Engagement:
- Support the organization of employee engagement activities and events.
- Gather feedback from employees and analyze engagement survey data.
5. Compliance and Policies:
- Help ensure company policies and procedures are up to date.
- Assist in preparing documents for audits and compliance checks.
6. Performance Management:
- Assist in collecting and organizing employee performance review documentation.
- Track training and development progress for employees.
7. General Support:
- Respond to basic HR-related inquiries from employees.
- Collaborate with the HR team on special projects or initiatives.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the department.
