Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Handling regional director recruitment
2. Maintaining contact with the regional director
3. Managing a team of regional directors and helping them with the onboarding process
4. Assisting seniors in the onboarding process

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (\xe2\x82\xb9 4000 per performance).
