Role: Recruitment and Lead Conversion Executive
Are you a student/graduate looking for practical experience in recruitment? Pavintra HR Services, a leading overseas recruitment agency, offers a chance to work with Middle Eastern hospitals and firms, helping fill roles like Nurses, Dental Assistants, Office Assistants, and more.
What you\'ll do:
1. Lead Conversion: Turn advertising leads into successful hires for Middle Eastern clients.
2. Assigned Roles: Handle specific profiles (e.g., Home Nurses) with guidance on salary, accommodation, and regulations.
3. Database Access: Use our lead database to contact and convert candidates.
*Flexible Hours: Work 3-4 hours/day to achieve consistent lead conversions.
