Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Talent Acquisition and Recruitment
Job Posting and Advertising: Craft and post job advertisements on various platforms, ensuring they attract suitable candidates.
Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to identify the best candidates.
Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process, including orientation sessions and necessary training, to integrate new hires smoothly into the organization.
2. Employee Relations and Engagement
Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve workplace conflicts and issues in a fair and effective manner.
Employee Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to boost employee morale and engagement, ensuring a positive work environment.
Feedback Mechanisms: Establish regular feedback systems, including surveys and one-on-one meetings, to understand employee needs and concerns.
3. Performance Management
Performance Reviews: Organize and conduct regular performance evaluations, providing constructive feedback to employees.
