About the work from home job/internship
As a human resources (HR) intern at NTPL World, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions and contribute to the growth of the organization. Your knowledge of MS-Excel, MS-Word, HR Analytics, HR branding, HRIS, Recruitment, Salary structure, Training and Development, and Labour laws will be put to the test as you work closely with our HR team.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assisting in recruitment processes such as sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees
2. Supporting in maintaining and updating employee records using HRIS software
3. Helping in analyzing HR data to provide insights and recommendations for improving HR strategies
4. Contributing to HR branding efforts by creating engaging content for social media and other platforms
5. Assisting in designing and implementing training programs to enhance employee skills and performance
6. Supporting in ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations by staying updated on changes and assisting in audits
7. Collaborating with the HR team on various projects and initiatives to support the overall HR goals of the company
