About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Working on carrying out an extensive search of candidate profiles through the internet, referrals, and available databases like job portals, headhunting, social media platforms, and through various types of references
2. Working on sourcing and screening of CVs with the help of skill requirements according to the job specification
3. Working on being responsible for organizing and scheduling interviews of candidates
4. Managing the strategy development process, which includes understanding client requirements & mapping the relevant targets
5. Working on continuous follow-ups with candidates to get their interviews done and until their date of joining
6. Working on ensuring that the allotted number of positions are closed within the turn-around-time

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (9 500 per hiring).
