About the work from home job/internship
As a \'Human Resources (HR) intern\' at Gramin Seva Samiti (NGO), you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in English Proficiency, MS Excel, LinkedIn Marketing, Canva, and MS Office. This is a dynamic role where you will gain hands-on experience in various HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and training and development.
1. Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
2. Support the onboarding process for new employees including preparing paperwork and conducting orientations.
3. Assist in maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations.
4. Help in organizing and coordinating training and development programs for employees.
5. Collaborate with the HR team on various projects and initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention.
6. Utilize LinkedIn Marketing and Canva to create engaging content for recruitment and employer branding.
7. Provide administrative support to the HR department including data entry, filing, and scheduling meetings.

About Gramin Seva Samiti
Gramin Seva Samiti is an NGO from the district of Hardoi, Uttar Pradesh. We were incorporated as a society having 7 people as its core members. We provide educational services and internships for free to the students who require them. We have certain partnerships with outside firms through which we use tech to provide the same. Till now (being located in the village) we were operating in full offline mode.
