About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Charting out and executing a search strategy with creative job descriptions.
2. Calling potential candidates and keeping track of the progress of the second round of interviews.
3. Working on interview coordination with candidates and clients.
4. Ensuring all the necessary documentation for joining.
5. Working on background verification (also coordinating with BGV agencies if needed).
6. Managing post-joining feedback.
7. Working on coordination with resources for attendance.
8. Working on payroll processing and solving related queries.
9. Working on full and final calculations for existing.
10. Maintaining regular interaction with resources to ensure they are happy.
11. Carrying out performance feedback sessions with managers.
12. Working on the communication of performance feedback to resources.
13. Working on increment and incentive computations.
