About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist with recruitment processes by posting job advertisements, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
2. Support the onboarding process for new hires by preparing documents and coordinating orientation sessions.
3. Organize and facilitate employee training and development programs.
4. Maintain HR records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
5. Participate in employee engagement initiatives and events to foster a positive work culture.
6. Collaborate with HR team members on various projects and initiatives to support the overall HR strategy.
7. Stay updated on HR best practices and trends to contribute innovative ideas for improving HR processes.
