Shakuntala Poddar Welfare Foundation (SPWF) is a non-governmental organization, founded by Mrs. Ratna. It began in January 2018 with the belief of building a better future for society. SPWF is working towards child upliftment and women empowerment. It provides quality education and nutrition to underprivileged children and generates employment for women. About part time job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Help the operations team in day-to-day work
2. Manage onboarding and day-to-day documentation activities
3. Work on recruitment, selection, and interviewing candidates on college campuses
4. Managing and tracking the interns
5. Hosting regular training and induction
6. Coordinating with the higher management and team and framing appropriate tasks and strategizing them

Requirements
1. Have good communication skills (English and Hindi proficiency)
2. Good management skills
3. Good at MS Office
