About part time job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist with recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
2. Utilize MS-Excel to track candidate information, create reports, and analyze data.
3. Navigate and utilize HRIS systems for employee records management.
4. Collaborate with team members on various HR projects and initiatives.
5. Support the HR team in onboarding new hires and conducting orientation sessions.
6. Organize and coordinate employee training and development programs.
7. Provide general administrative support to the HR department as needed.
