Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
Develop and implement effective hiring strategies specific to the IT sector.
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
Build strong talent pipelines for niche IT roles.
Employee Engagement & Relations
Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
Design and implement employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and retention.
Handle conflict resolution, grievances, and disciplinary actions professionally.
Performance Management
Implement and oversee performance appraisal systems tailored for IT professionals.
Support managers in setting KPIs and monitoring employee development.
Identify training needs and coordinate relevant learning programs.
Compliance & Policy Management
Ensure HR policies comply with Australian labor laws and IT industry standards.
Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and documentation.
Manage workplace health, safety, and compliance frameworks.
HR Strategy & Culture
Partner with leadership to align HR objectives with organizational growth plans.
Promote a diverse, inclusive, and innovative workplace culture.
Lead initiatives around employee wellness, hybrid/remote working models, and workforce planning.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in
Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
(Master's preferred).
3+ years of proven HR experience in the IT industry
.
Strong knowledge of IT industry roles, technologies, and hiring trends.
Excellent understanding of
Australian HR laws and compliance
.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Hands-on experience with HRMS / HR software tools.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
