Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred). Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar leadership role (minimum 1 year). Strong knowledge of HR principles. Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism. A proactive and problem-solving mindset with strong organizational skills.
