Key Responsibilities:

Assist with end-to-end recruitment: sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews Support HR onboarding and orientation for new employees Maintain accurate employee records and update HR databases Help organize employee engagement programs and wellness activities Draft HR communications, offer letters, and policy updates Learn payroll, attendance, and leave management Ensure HR compliance and help update HR policies Conduct HR research, surveys, and support HR best practices

What We're Looking For:

Current student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Strong communication and teamwork skills Detail-oriented and organized approach to work Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Interested in HR technology and best practices
