About the internship
Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Providing recruitment support: Assisting in posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
2. Onboarding: Aiding in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparation of welcome materials and coordination of initial training.
3. Working on employee records: Maintaining and updating employee records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
4. Working on HR policies: Helping develop and update HR policies and procedures.
5. Working on performance management: Supporting performance appraisal processes and performance management activities.
6. Handling employee engagement: Contributing to initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement and satisfaction.
7. Managing administrative tasks: Handling various administrative tasks related to HR operations, including managing HR documentation and correspondence.
8. Handling documentation: Managing & working with the documentation team.

1. Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.

4. Attitude: Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn.
