About the internship
Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Recruitment: Recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
2. Leave & Attendance Management: Help and record employee monthly leave consumptions
3. Onboarding & Orientation: Implements new hire orientation and employee recognition programs
4. Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff
5. Maintain all the data of Human Resources and keep updating them in MS Excel and MS Word.
