Key responsibilities:

1. Develop effective recruiting strategies to attract top-tier technical talent
2. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and create accurate job descriptions
3. Source candidates through various channels and conduct thorough technical interviews
4. Evaluate candidates\' skills, cultural fit, and potential for growth within the organization
5. Coordinate interviews, maintain candidate communication, and conduct reference checks
6. Collaborate with the HR team to prepare job offers and manage onboarding
