About the internship

Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:

Assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and orientation of new hires
Developing job postings and posting them on job boards
Working with hiring managers to identify and source candidates
Updating and maintaining employee records
Supporting employee engagement initiatives
Preparing, updating, and maintaining organization charts and job descriptions
Conducting research on industry trends, best practices, and competitive intelligence
Analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Assisting with benefits administration, such as enrolling and exiting employees
Assisting with performance management activities and processes
Providing general administrative support to the HR team, such as filing and scheduling meetings
Developing, implementing, and managing effective HR processes and procedures.
