About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities:
1. Assist in the recruitment process by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks
2. Update and maintain employee records and HR databases
3. Assist in organizing and coordinating training programs and events
4. Help with drafting HR policies and procedures
5. Support the HR team in handling employee queries and concerns
6. Assist in performance management processes, including conducting evaluations and providing feedback
7. Compile and analyze HR data using MS-Excel to generate reports for management
