About the internship

Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding
2. Provide administrative support to the human resources team
3. Monitor the progress of current employees
4. Assist with payroll and benefits administration
5. Compile and update employee records
6. Answer employee questions regarding policy, procedure, and benefits
7. Prepare and send out offer letters
8. Maintain orientation and onboarding materials
9. Participate in departmental meetings
10. Assist with employee engagement activities

Required:

1. You should have excellent skills in English proficiency (spoken and written), MS Excel, MS Office, and MS Word
2. The ideal candidate for this position should have a passion for human resources and a commitment to learning and growth
3. He/She should also have the ability to quickly adapt to a fast-paced work environment
