Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Develop and implement recruitment strategies.
2. Source candidates through various channels.
3. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
4. Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
5. Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.
6. Promote our company as an employer of choice.
