About the internship
Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
2. Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
3. Assist in preparing and processing HR documents, such as offer letters, contracts, and termination notices
4. Provide support in organizing and coordinating HR events, Fun Fridays, and training sessions
5. Assist with administrative tasks
6. Help address employee inquiries and concerns, directing them to the Senior HR personnel when necessary
7. Assist in ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
