About the internship
Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting to candidate onboarding.
2. Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
3. Source and recruit candidates using databases, social media, and employee referrals.
4. Screen candidates\' resumes and job applications.
5. Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
