About the internship
Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Utilize Big Data Analytics tools to analyze HR metrics and trends.
2. Assist in developing data-driven HR strategies and initiatives.
3. Support the implementation of HR analytics projects and initiatives.
4. Conduct research on industry best practices in HR analytics.
5. Collaborate with the HR team to optimize recruitment and retention strategies.
6. Prepare reports and presentations on HR analytics findings.
7. Participate in various HR projects and initiatives to gain valuable experience.
