About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work on complete selection cycle from smooth obboarding to exit formalities
2. Draft various JDs according to the organization's requirements
3. Manage HR admin tasks like employees database and leave updating
4. Work on various hiring platforms like Naukri.com, LinkedIn, AngleList, etc.
5. Coordination with various placement agencies and placement cells to recruit employees and intern respectively
6. Coordinate with senior management in all the admin-related work and complete the work
