About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Handling the end-to-end recruitment process
2. Sourcing candidates as per the requirements through various sources such as job portals - Naukri.com, Monster, TimesJobs, company web portals, references, LinkedIn, etc.
3. Managing internal and external recruitment
4. Coordinating interviews of shortlisted candidates
5. Arranging all types of interviews i.e., face to face, Skype, telephonic, etc.
6. Conducting scheduled interviews & walk-in drives
