About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Data Entry: Accurately input employee information into HR software or spreadsheets, including personal details, employment history, payroll data, benefits, and performance reviews.
2. Database Maintenance: Ensure HR databases are up-to-date and consistent by verifying and updating employee records regularly.
3. Document Management: Assist in organizing and filing employee records (physical and electronic), ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
4. Employee Records: Support the team in the creation and management of new hire paperwork, ensuring all necessary documents are accurately completed and stored.
