About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Work on harmonization of global benefits across 45+ countries in the emerging markets region for Sun Pharma in collaboration with regional HR heads and corporate offices
2. Drive HR analytics across 45+ countries in emerging markets to derive insights/action points in areas like attrition, etc.
3. Support in the talent acquisition processes
